¿What kind of connexons offers Megavista?

Megavista has a WiMAX network and a high speed backbone links that provide broadband services wherever you are.

 

What is the installation?

An antenna is placed on the roof of the customer's home and through a network cable we provide the customer with a connection point in the room that the client indicates, and feasible.

 

And can I have Wi-Fi at home?

Of course, our technology is compatible with the client's private network, regardless of the functionality of this.Our technical team has wireless routers, please consult with them the possibility of incorporating the basic installation.

 

If the connection is wireless, will it be safe?

Megavista provides a dedicated link to each customer so that the connection is inaccessible to third parties. Your data is encrypted with secure algorithms to ensure privacy in communications.

 

Can I connect multiple computers?

At home, it's possible to install a wireless router where you can connect as many computers as you want: desktop computers, laptops, mobile phones...

 

What if I don't live in home all year?

As a client, you may request the temporary low. In this situation, the customer will benefit by having reduced maintenance fees, avoiding the inconvenience of having to install/uninstall equipment, having available at all times a reduced connectivity service.

 

How long I can be in temporary low?

As 9 months maximum per annual cycle. The first annual cycle ranges from the installation date until 12 months later. If a client is down temporarily, and spent nine months, in the following three bills will be billed the fee that was contracted.

 

How long does it take to settle?

Since the client requests the service, our technicians will come to their home in less than 96 hours to install.

 

What areas coverage Megavista?

Our network provides coverage for much of the Spanish Levante. You can check our coverage area and do not hesitate to contact us to discuss future extensions.

 

If I have permanence, can I apply for temporary low?

No, if the client has a permanent contract there is not possible to aply for the reduced fee.

 

I have permanence, but I want to cancel. Do I have to pay any compensation?

Yes, when seeking the cancellation of the contract before it expires, the customer have to pay 80% of the total outstanding shares.

 

I paid a price for the installation, the equipment is mine?

No, the antenna and PoE are the property of Megavista in all cases. Megavista assigns the customer being at home in warehousing.

 

I quit from Megavista, but now I want to reconnect. Do it suppose any cost?

Yes, the reconnection has a cost or another depending on whether it retains the original wiring or rewiring is required.

 

What does it cost the movement of a technician to the customer's home?

If the customer is responsible for the cause that motivates the movement, its cost is 30 €, VAT not included. However, if is the responsibility of Megavista, the client will not pay any expense.
